Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
All services are virtual, and payments are non-refundable once made. Services are billed on an hourly basis. A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $100 is required before the start of any project. Payment methods accepted include Wise and PayPal.

2. Hourly Payment Terms

$10/hour for General Virtual Assistance services + one time $100 set up fee.

$15/hour for Premium Virtual Assistance services + one time $100 set up fee..

3. Working Hours & Availability

Working hours are flexible. For outreach projects, work will be completed during regular business hours based on the client’s timezone. For ongoing projects, work will adhere to the agreed schedule unless otherwise specified. Clients will be billed for all hours worked at the agreed hourly rate.

4. Cancellation & Notice

For hourly-based projects, cancellation requests must be made via email. All hours worked up to the cancellation date must be paid in full, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

5. Time Tracking

Clients may request the use of a specific time tracking tool; however, if a subscription is required, the client will bear the cost of the subscription. Otherwise, the Virtual Assistant can take advantage of the free time tracking tools if the client requires.

6. Onboarding & Assets

The $100 setup fee and initial payment must be completed before onboarding or project execution begins. Clients must provide a detailed document outlining tasks and deliverables. All necessary assets (e.g., files, documents, images) will be collected during the onboarding process.

7. Communication

All official communication, including updates and cancellation requests, will take place via email or any messaging app. Any calls, including onboarding or project discussions, will be billed based on the applicable hourly rate.

8. Intellectual Property

Each party agrees not to share any sensitive or proprietary information with third parties without consent.
